I have extensive experience in guiding technology companies through complex business landscapes, scale-up operations, and strategic transactions. My expertise spans commercial contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic dealmaking across global markets in both private and public companies. I’ve helped raise over $1B and led deals from $1M to $600M. I build privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks that protect your business and support growth. Worked across the globe in private and public companies. 
After a long career as General Counsel leading legal teams at some of the most illustrious companies in their field (Fortis Games - Las Vegas Sands, Bird, GMS), I now work directly with founders and help navigate their growth journeys.
